Just a quick tip. The amount of workers each business stated is for one 8 hour shift you have 3 -8 hour shifts in a day so you need to multiply the amount of workers needed by three 😮

I'm pretty far into the RE2 Beta playthrough. Progression: The progression feels different now. Wherein before I'd hit all the Burial Chambers/Elder Tombs on planets in all the starting systems, and maybe salvage an Unfinished Escape Rocket or two and be able to spawn my mid-early late game CV within a few hours. Now those easy loot pinata POIs don't exist (unfinished escape rocket does). So, I've resorted to just building a cheap SV with laser cannons and flying right on top of a Zirax POI because for whatever reason if you fly right on top of POIs, like at a 90-degree angle, the defense turrets don't shoot at you. Once in the cheese position, I just easily core the POI and waltz into to salvage and get the loot. It's upped the time it takes to spawn in a decent mid-game CV by x2-x3 in my opinion. Not a bad thing. AI: Some of the AI feels like they're shooting nerf guns at you now, but the sniper and rocket soldiers still 360 no scope you from 200m away. And they hit like mac trucks. I have the current best heavy armor on in the game with armor mods in it, and a single sniper shot will take me down to 10-15% hp from full. I was farming Polaris rep and strictly hitting Rados POIs on foot and I got tired of the snipers insta one shotting me upon spawn/door opens/through the walls sometimes that I just spawned in my 3x3x6 SV with a shield and old school cheesed it because I was tired of throwing my corpse at them. At least with the rocket soldiers there is a projectile delay so you can dodge the incoming rocket from a distance. With the sniper it's insta death from 0-200m with hardly any answer to it. Mid-Late Game Progression: I'll be honest. This just sucks now. I have a 1.2m CPU CV with a lot of shield and firepower and I struggle to take down Zirax Corvettes. Shields are imo worthless in ship combat as the new CPU limitations either pigeon holes you into spending all your CPU on shield upgrades, leaving little extra CPU for weapons, or going old school and armor block tanking. Which isn't bad when your repair bay actually works. The last two times I tried using a repair bay on my station the game wigged out and literally broke my ship...like it was split in two. So I resorted to only repairing at NPC stations, which became pretty costly. Another annoying thing is a lot of Zirax ships have two cores now. So battles can take a lot longer and some are downright impossible without multiple people attacking. Which makes single player not a great option. But that's just Zirax. Legacy ships have become a joke now. Just spawn Rogue's Shippo and you can tear through Legacy ships like they're nothing. I feel like a lot of balancing still needs to be done for ships and space combat.

Now we need to see what it looks like during a full scale Zirax invasion.

it'd be cool to see you go after some of the big colonist and/or trader ships since thats something most people probably never get to see. its nice to hear that in re2 all you have to do is take out forward thrust and they'll stop. i never fully understood that stuff in the past.

The easiest way to calculate how many ingots you'll get from ores is to ignore the last number (in the graphite case the 0) and double the remaining (176 becoming 352) for how many actions the processor needs and then adding a 0 on the end of the doubled number (for items that give you 10 per), so in this case 1760 graphite takes 352 actions, giving you 3520 carbon. @28:32 (This process works for 1 to 1, 1 to 5, 5 to1 etc.) But yes, in this case for the total it is double. I like to know how many actions to line up so I don't used up rock on the basic 3.

I've been thinking that all strategies are actually simulations of a totalitarian regime. After all, you see everything, you control everything. And for realism, you need to add mechanics to such games when your subordinates steal resources from you, for example. Or there should be global corruption.
